The City of Fincastle has a contractor for snow removal. Cars should be off the street especially during significant chance of snow. It is difficult, if not impossible to complete job if there are cars parked on the street. This is a dangerous situation for them and other residents who may slide on icy roads.

Ordinance No. 3, Series 2026 - An ordinance of the City of Fincastle, Kentucky (A) prohibiting nuisances and establishing property maintenance standards; (B) repealing ordinance no. 2, series 1983 relating to duty of property owners to keep lots free of debris and undesirable vegetation; and (C) repealing ordinance 1, series 2024 relating to property maintenance standards.
